Responsibilities

  • Lead the Designing Team.

  • Conceptualizing creative designs for a wide array of media to fit the needs of internal teams & external clients.

  • Oversee the design & production of all online & offline marketing material to ensure the designs are completed in a timely manner.

  • Create concepts that achieve business objectives and effectively tell a story.

  • Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind branding & marketing campaigns.

  • Design and produce a wide array of media.
    Develop our company’s brand to increase brand presence.

  • Communicate flawlessly across teams, driving concepts, and mentoring others to help deliver their best work.

  • Use knowledge of design software to accomplish these responsibilities.

Qualification

  • Degree/diploma course in graphic designing

  • At least 2-5 years of creative design experience in graphic design, editing, animation, and/or producing video

  • A reel and portfolio showcasing your amazing work

  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, InDesign or Sketch

  • Strong knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and/or Final Cut Pro

  • Strong grasp of design, motion, color, and typography

Skills Required

  • Expert at using designing tools.

  • Advance level of Designing Skills such as Typography, Colour Theory, Layout Skills etc.

  • Exhibits creativity skills as required to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Strong ethical behaviour combined with passion, commitment and drive for delivering high quality designs in an efficient manner.

  • Languages Known: English (Writing Skills: Intermediate, Verbal Communication: Basic)

  • Working Knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrates a positive attitude.

  • Applies customer satisfaction-oriented approach in his/her daily tasks.

  • Ability to balance multiple, often vastly different projects and campaigns.

  • Self – aware & receptive to receive and share feedback.

  • Knowledge of current Marketing, Branding & Advertising Trends
